Our main center is in north central Florida, in the small historic town of Alachua. In your free time at the retreat you're blocks from the heart of this cute, rural town. Better yet, take advantage of the many fantastic freshwater springs, parks, rivers, and lakes nearby.
We're here to accomodate your needs, so whether you need a weekend refresher or a full 21 day retreat, let us know how long we can accommodate you.

The Ayurveda Health Retreat is a group of dedicated health professionals who have created a authentic Ayurvedic retreat offering traditional Kerala Ayurvedic therapies.
We have an Ayurvedic Practitioner, a Doctor of Naturopathy, an Acupuncture Physician and several Reiki therapists and massage, yoga and meditation teachers. They have studied Traditional Ayurveda under such great teachers as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Pankaj Naram, and Dr. Syama. They have been taught the ancient art of Kerala ayurvedic massage and pancha karma. |
