Panchakarma Retreats
To gain maximum benefit from the panchakarma experience a minimum of 5 to 10 days treatment is recommended. During panchakarma, healing and transformative powers are detoxing, rejuvenating and balancing your body, mind and soul.
Our Panchakarma Ayurvedic Retreats include the following:
Everyday you will enjoy the Ayurvedic Royal Spa Treatment:
 Abyhyanga: a two-therapist* synchronized massage with warm, healing herbal oils.
Swedana: an aromatherapy steam bath with rose water mist.
Udvartana: a dry powder body rub (rose petals, sandalwood, jasmine).
Nasya: an herbal nasal treatment (great for allergy and sinus problems).
Shirodhara: a warm herbal oil gently flowing over your forehead (this balances vata dosha by reducing stress and nervous tension and is very helpful in cases of sleeplessness, anxiety and fear).
Included in your retreat:
A Deluxe Private Room
Enjoy daily yoga, meditation and pranayama classes. (There are classes two times a day Monday through Thursday and once a day Friday and weekends).

Morning Yoga class begins at 8 am
Lunch is at 12:30 pm
Morning Treatments begin at 9:45

Dinner begins at 7 pm weekdays and 6 pm on the weekends.
Ayurvedic Cooking Class is Saturdays at 5 pm. |

Ayurvedic Health Consultation
Spend 1 hour with our Ayurvedic practitioner, Richard Masla to learn about your unique individual constitution. You will receive valuable information to improve your health and wellness. Richard Masla is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. He has studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, and has traveled to India 25 times. He is also a 1994 graduate of Clayton College with a degree of Doctor of Naturopathy.
During you consultation you will receive:
Ayurvedic pulse analysis to determine your prakruti (constitution)
And vikruti (imbalance)
Dietary and lifestyle recommendations
Specific herbal remedies and treatments
