This course is designed to give you the confidence to live Ayurveda, specifically in your kitchen. Whether you are a seasoned cook or brand new in the kitchen, you will graduate feeling empowered to cook and share Ayurveda lifestyle and diet with family, friends and clients.

 

This course is not only textbook knowledge, you will be encouraged to live the  life of Yoga & Ayurveda. You will prepare meals at home, use Prana filled ingredients and improve your own life and vitality .You will feel inspired to make delicious ayurvedic meals on a DAILY BASIS.

 

This course will cover:

  • Ayurvedic philosophy & Lifestyle

  • Hands on cooking classes

  • Yoga & Spirituality 

  • Using food as medicine 

  • Finding personal balance with food

  • Incorporating powerful self care routines

  • Learning to listen and nourish our bodies 

  • Proper food combinations

  • Foundational ingredients in an Ayurvedic kitchen. How to store and shop for ingredients 

  • How to create delicious meals from scratch
