Join us for a long weekend of Ayurveda classes on the ancient science of maximizing good health and preventing disease. Experience yoga and meditation for stress reduction and an overall sense of wellbeing. Learn principles of Ayurvedic cooking and food combining to benefit your constitution.
This workshop has been created especially to support and educate nurses and other health care professionals, however anyone is welcome to attend.

The secret to health is knowing how to take care of your body, mind, and soul. Ayurveda is a metaphysical medical science that is practical and incorporates daily habits that are simple to follow.
