Katherine Prema Gaston, PharmD, E-RYT-200, Ayurvedic Practitioner

Katherine obtained her doctorate of pharmacy in 2007 from the University of Florida. She then completed two years of training with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM followed by additional Ayurvedic training in India. Aside from her formal training, much of her knowledge comes from her own path of self-healing. She has a solid science-based education and uses her rational mind when called to do so, yet is able to trust in the intuitive process and integrative healing modalities. Her healing practice is highly interwoven with her love of the natural world and her spiritual path.
