Yoga and Ayurveda lifestyle education in an immersion program. Experience Ayurveda practiced with experts from the Ayurveda Health Retreat. Yoga, pranayama and meditation instruction, cooking demonstration that show you how to cook foods for health and healing. 

 

What is Ayurvedic Theory?

The secret to health is knowing how to take care of your body, mind and soul. The practices of Ayurveda is a meta physical medical science that is practical and incorporates daily habits that are simple to follow. By learning a simple Ayurvedic lifestyle one can improve mental and physical health.

  • Learn Ayurvedic and Yoga practices to manage weight, stress and pain through yoga, meditation, and a healthy eating plan.  

  • As you detox your body, you will have more energy, sleep soundly, and heal physically and emotionally.

  • A la carte Ayurvedic treatments.

  • Feel empowered to improve your health and reduce pain.

  • Learn to care for yourself by learning Ayurveda and making healthier choices specific to you body’s needs

  • Receive Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle recommendations specifically designed for you, taking into consideration any imbalances in your body. 

  • Spend 1 hour with our Ayurvedic practitioner to learn about your unique individual constitution.

Monday

  • 8 am: Yoga, breathwork and meditation

  • 9:15-10 am: Breakfast

  • 10:15-11:45 am: Intro to Ayurveda (5 elements and 3 doshas)

  • 12:00-12:45 pm: Intro to sound meditation - Mantras

  • 1-2 pm: Lunch

  • 2-5 pm: A la carte treatments

  • 6-7 pm: Yoga

  • 7-8 pm: Dinner

  • 8:30-9 pm: Meditation

 

Tuesday

  • 8 am: Yoga, breathwork and meditation

  • 9:15-10 am: Breakfast

  • 10:15-11:45 am: Understanding your Ayurvedic Constitution, Prakruti -Vikruti

  • 12:00-12:45 pm: Ayurveda Selfcare, Abhyanga, Nasya, Neti and more...

  • 1-2 pm: Lunch

  • 2-5 pm: A la carte treatments

  • 6-7 pm: Yoga

  • 7-8 pm: Dinner

  • 8:00-9 pm: Kirtan mantra meditation

 

Wednesday

  • 6-7:30 am: Ashram Sadhana (we will visit the Temple of the Universe)

  • 8 am: Yoga, breathwork and meditation

  • 9:15-10 am: Breakfast

  • 10:15-11 am: “Foods for Health and Healing” class

  • 11-12:45 pm: Ayurvedic cooking demonstration

  • 1-2 pm: Lunch

  • 2-5 pm: A la carte treatments

  • 6-7 pm: Yoga

  • 7-8 pm: Dinner

  • 8:30-9 pm: Meditation

 

Thursday

  • 8 am: Yoga, breathwork and meditation

  • 9:15-10 am: Breakfast

  • 10:15-12:45 pm: Florida nature experience - kayaking, tubing, nature walk etc.

  • 1-2 pm: Lunch

  • 2-5 pm: A la carte treatments

  • 6-7 pm: Yoga

  • 7-8 pm: Dinner

  • 8-10 pm: Self Awareness talk with author Michael Singer, Untethered Soul)

 

Friday

  • 8 am: Yoga, breathwork and meditation

  • 9:15-10 am: Breakfast

  • 10:15-11:00 am: Ayurveda, questions and answers

  • 11:15-12:45 pm: Ayurveda cooking demonstration

  • 1-2 pm: Lunch

  • 2-5 pm: A la carte treatments

  • 6-7 pm: Yoga

  • 8:00-9 pm: Kirtan mantra meditation and Closing Circle
