7 Days Panchakarma Treatments
I have been an Ayurvedic Practitioner for over 15 years and am a firm believer of the importance of preventative medicine in supporting good health. Ayurvedic Panchakarma is beneficial to your overall mental and physical well being and longevity of life. Whether you are in excellent health or have a chronic or acute illness the rejuvenative and detoxing Ayurvedic treatments will add years to your life and life to your years.
We will have our Ayurvedic meals at the clinic, stay in a simple clean hotel nearby and have plenty of time after treatments to rest, read, journal and explore the sacred Ganges & Himalayas that will surround us.
