Ayurveda is the science of life.

Its holistic approach to caring for the individual honors that we exist in relationship to everything else. You thrive when all aspects of your life are thriving. When one aspect is being ignored, all other aspects of your life will reveal (in even subtle ways!) the disconnect.

When considering health, holistic models take into account the wellness of the mind, emotions, body, and Soul, acknowledging that dis-ease in one inevitably affects the others. You know that even if your body is functioning optimally, if your mind is feeling anxious or depressed, you do not feel good. Total wellness is when you are fueling your mind, body, and Soul, while understanding that the health of your personal relationships, the extent that you are living your purpose, and your connection to God all have an effect on the health (or-disease) of the whole person (you).

Join us for a FREE Intro to Ayurveda workshop, where we will lay out the foundational principles of the holistic approach Ayurveda shares on caring for the WHOLE person.
