We know that yoga is more than physical shapes we come into for an hour each day. Yoga is a lifestyle; it’s a path and a process towards Self realization, and eventually God. We hope to share the deeper teachings of yoga in a way that is practical and easily applied. Strength and flexibility are wonderful, though without tapping into the deeper realms of the soul, we won’t find a happiness that lasts beyond the inevitable changing circumstances.

We are so excited to offer our 200 hour yoga teacher training online! Join us from anywhere in the world, from the comfort of your own home or office space, for the most comprehensive and authentic yoga training available. Throughout this training we will explore yoga’s timeless teachings and how they apply to your life today. Through the teachings and practices, you will notice yourself transform. This course is not just about gaining textbook knowledge, but about applying the teachings and living the lifestyle of a yogi. Because of this, you will have a deep experience of yoga.

The training will place emphasis on personal growth and increased physical stamina, and will provide you with a thorough understanding of yoga asana & philosophy, bhakti, meditation, pranayama and ayurveda.

As a graduate, you will head into the world confident and ready to lead grounded, safe, and inspired Yoga classes. You’ll also learn how to offer modifications, posture options, clarification of contraindications, and how to create classes with progressive levels of difficulty. “That is what yoga means – simply to unite. To unite the body with nature – that is Hatha-yoga. To create unity within the mind and the body – that is Pranayama. To create unity with the mind and the atma – that is Jnana. To create unity between the soul and God – that is Bhakti. That is the complete yoga system – unity. And in that unified condition, we can actually express that natural innate love, that we have found in our own life, in everything we do in the world.”

- Radhanath Swami
