Panchakarma is the ancient Ayurvedic healing practice for removing stress and toxins from the body, allowing the rejuvenating energies of the body to flow freely. Many illnesses and diseases result from the build-up of these toxins, impairing the body's natural defenses such as the immune, circulatory, and lymphatic systems. Panchakarma is a gentle process that achieves deep cleansing without discomfort, leaving the body and mind relaxed and rejuvenated.
Each day you will enjoy a 2.5 hour Panchakarma session that includes Massage (Abhyanga): a one-therapist massage with warm, healing herbal oils Aromatherapy steam (Swedhana): an aromatherapy steam bath with rose water mist Nasal therapy (Nasya): an herbal nasal treatment, great for allergy and sinus problems Warm oil drip (Shirodhara): herbal oil gently flowing over your forehead allowing the body, mind and nervous system to experience a deep state of rest, similar to meditation Bhasti: therapeutic herbal and oil enemas (optional; offered for guests that do 5 to 28 days of Panchakarma) Private Bathroom: $630 per night Shared Bathroom: $605 per night

Our Wellness Retreat allows you to fully rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul with morning and evening daily yoga, meditation, breath work, and wellness classes plus three nourishing Ayurvedic meals in a tranquil and healing environment.
Book a minimum of one service each day from our menu of services.

Shared Bathroom: $238 per night
