Ayurveda Mama Retreat

& Training

supporting you in the process of becoming

SEPTEMBER 29TH - OCTOBER 3RD 2024

I deeply believe that the glory of our future depends on the ways in which we care for our children today, from preconception, to birth, and beyond.

Welcome to the journey of motherhood

Join Dhyana Masla, renowned Ayurveda teacher and author of Ayurveda Mama, for a deeply nourishing retreat & training designed to guide you through the transition into motherhood, from conception to postpartum and beyond.

We will dive into Ayurveda’s holistic approach to nourishing mama and babe in all of the deep, traditional and important ways for a thriving pregnancy, empowered labor and birth, and a profoundly nourishing postpartum window. In Ayurveda, a mother's well-being is paramount. When mama feels nourished on all levels – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – baby thrives. This immersive experience equips you with the knowledge and tools to nurture yourself (or the mother in your care), creating a safe and nurturing environment for your little one to begin their Whole and Holy life.

  • You're already pregnant and seeking holistic ways to optimize your health and your baby's development.

  • You desire a supportive community of women on the same path.

  • You're interested in Ayurveda's holistic approach to wellness - particularly its perspective on pregnancy, preparing for labor & birth, and the sacred postpartum window. This is for health practitioners, doulas, doctors, midwives, birth-workers and birth-keepers

“What if we reclaimed motherhood as a radical transformation to a woman’s whole life— as the rite of passage that it truly is?

And what if we decided that losing yourself in motherhood is not the problem but the point?”
