What is check-in/check-out time?
Our check-in time is noon, with lunch served at 1pm and our check-out time is after breakfast. However, please let us know if these times don't work for you and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.
I have dietary restrictions, can these be accommodated?
Absolutely! Our food is organic, vegetarian, and delicious. We serve ghee (clarified butter) with all of our meals but we are able to offer vegan and gluten-free options.
Are tips accepted?
Cash tips are greatly appreciated and can be given to your therapist at the time of your treatment or tips can be added to your bill.
Do you have a dress code?
Our dress code is whatever you feel comfortable wearing. We generally wear comfortable, loose clothing or yoga/exercise attire.
Are pets welcome at the Retreat?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any pets.
Can I share a room with more than one person?
Yes, please call us to discuss this further.
Does each room have a private bathroom?
We have two rooms with private bathrooms and three rooms that share a bathroom.
Can I use your fridge?
We have very limited fridge space, so we ask that you don't bring anything that needs to be refrigerated.
Do you serve coffee?
We do not serve any caffeinated beverages as this is contraindicated for our treatments.
Do I have to be good at yoga?
Please come as you are to our yoga classes and we will teach you according to your level of ability.
Do you have wifi?
We do have wifi, although we encourage you to disconnect as much as possible during your stay with us.
Do I need to bring shampoo and conditioner?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap.
Please note that we are a perfume/fragrance free zone.
When is the cooking class? Can I come if I'm not staying at the retreat?
Our cooking classes are for guests staying at the retreat only.
