  • Discuss the principles and practical application of Ayurvedic philosophy with the Ayurveda Health Retreat’s founder, Richard Masla (Ram). He will also lead kirtan (music mantra meditation). The powerful vibrations of authentic Sanskrit mantras cleanse the heart & mind, allowing us to connect with our true nature as blissful, spiritual beings.
