Real health includes not only a dynamic experience of wellness in the body but is also an experience of living a deeply fulfilling life, which includes—but is not limited to—mental and emotional well-being, thriving relationships, core alignment with your purpose, and a genuine spiritual connection.
Welcome to Living Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a five-thousand-year-old system of natural healing rooted in the ancient culture of India. More than a mere system of treating illness, Ayurveda is a science of life (ayur = life, veda = science or knowledge), that will guide you not only toward vibrant physical and mental health but also toward a deeper connection to your spiritual nature. It offers a body of wisdom designed to help you stay vital while realizing your full human potential. Providing guidelines on ideal daily and seasonal routines, diet, behavior, and the proper use of your senses, Ayurveda reminds you that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between body, mind, spirit, and environment.
Ayurveda is a science that helps you understand the nature of this world and how the elements the world is made of work together to create harmony or dissonance, health or dis-ease. It guides you toward understanding yourself, your own material makeup, so that you can interact with the world in right relationship. It supports you in navigating life consciously, in making choices that support your health and balance so that you can expand your perspective and seek the deeper, big-picture questions in life:—What is my purpose? Who am I? Why am I here?
This training is for you if:
