Navigating GrieF

A 4-Day Healing Retreat

Come as you are. Leave with more space in your heart, more peace in your body, and more clarity in your soul.

Grief touches us all. Whether it arises from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or even a part of yourself, grief is not something to “get over.” It is a passage to be walked with tenderness, courage, and care.

Grief is an initiation. A portal. If we allow ourselves to be with it— it becomes a sacred teacher. It molds us, shapes us, and transforms us into deeper, wiser, more tender versions of ourselves. In this way, we honor our grief. And in that honoring, it becomes a passage into a new way of being.

This 4-day retreat offers a sanctuary for your heart to rest, your body to release, and your spirit to reconnect. Through guided practices, gentle rituals, nourishing meals, and the support of community, you will be held in a safe and sacred space to explore the depths of your grief and discover pathways of healing.
