Designed specifically for those with excess Kapha—in body or mind—this retreat supports sustainable weight release through digestive healing, detoxification, emotional unburdening, and lifestyle alignment.

Accommodations are not included in the base price. upon booking, you can select from one of our accommodation options that fits your needs! If you prefer to stay off-site, there are plenty of nice Airbnbs in the area and we are happy to give recommendations.

Igniting Agni: Awakening Digestive Fire: A foundational session on how digestion governs metabolism and weight in Ayurveda. Includes practical tools like morning rituals, agni-boosting herbs, tongue diagnosis, and kapha-balancing food guidelines.

Day 2:

Premabreathwork: Guided breath work, somatic inquiry and group process to uncover the emotional or energetic weight participants may be carrying.

Mindful Eating & Food Relationship Reset + Ayurvedic cooking Class: A deep dive into eating as a sacred act. Participants slow down and explore the emotional/spiritual connection to food, hunger, and satiety.
